Going to a upscale restaurant for my cousins college graduation?

I'm not sure if the dress code is casual since its a family gathering, but I don't want to look to dressed up for the occasion...

Know what I mean?
Not sure what to wear...
I have a cute dark chocolate just above the knee dress...?
I have black 'buisness' type pants that I can wear with a cute top.
And I have dark blue jeans...

Help?
