Going to a bar/lounge... what should I wear!?!?

So I am going to go shopping today after work. I need to find an outfit to wear for tomorrow night. I am going to this bar/lounge place for my friends birthday. It said girls dress to impress.

I have some what of a rocker style. do you have any ideas... I need an outfit shoes and all for $100 or less.
