Going paint balling, been sick, need exercises to help feel more active, more below.?

Hey, I am going paint balling on the week end and I have been sick for around 9 days I have gotten better but there is still a minor coughing. Anyway on to the main problem I have felt drained for the last 5-7 days so I pretty much just slept all day for 5 days. So are there any stretches or exercises to help me get back in a more (I want to run around in a field and shoot my friends with paint filled projectiles) mood? Just to get me out of that "sleepy, don't want to do anything, fatigue filled stage"? Oh except the 2 cases of red bull, run for 3 miles, and jump in to a frozen(Not really but still like 35F) lake... I already have that covered.
