Going into the Navy For Law Enforcement & Security will I be able to join...

...SWATT team when i get out? I know most likely I will be sent into Master-At-Arms training, I want to go in the Navy for 5 years I have decided. The question is, once completed for 5 years in the Navy, once I enter the civilian world again I want to be part of a City Swat team. Lets say I ace everything in the Navy for Law enforcement and security, would I be worthy enough to join swat when i get out? Would I have to go to a seperate schooling or what? I am 19 right now, once I turn 20 im off to the Navy, so I would be getting out at the age of 25. If I am not qualified to be in swatt, what about border patrol? I just want to know the truth and not get sucked into something that I "THINK" will happen.
 
A military law enforcement job is a good stepping stone into civilian law enforcement.
 
After you get out of the Navy you need to get hired by a local police agency to get some street experience or apply with the Border Patrol, They always need good people as well.

If your looking at getting into SWAT right off, you may have a hard time. Most police SWAT teams req
