ok this is one of my 2009 year goals i live in a apartment so there is alot i can't do this is what i have done so far
.changed all light bulb out for cfl and have a place to store old or dead one for recycling
.changed over of shower head to 2.5gpm low flow old one wher like 7gpm ! ! !
.started saving pop cans in a old trashcan i am now recycling anything else as of yet think buying a small trash can or something but would mean hauling the whole think to the local walmart that sounds like a mess
.bought a water filter for the g/f and retire the water bottles we use to buy
.put a 2 litter in the back of the toilet in both bathrooms to save water
.buying rechargeable batteries have like 6 need like 20 walmart does not carry "d" and the good one
need ideas for going green also need a low cost recycle bin where do i get one?
