Going For Surgery

Hi all

Well i saw my consultant on Tuesday and my 3 options were live with the pain(which i have been doing) Fusion (which i dont want) and a smaller op to see if there is a fragment of bone agrevating the nerve or the nerve is trapped some where.
He said it may well help my buttock pain but probably not my actual back pain but any improvement would be a blessing.

So i go for a nother MRI in 2 weeks time and surgery within 3 months.

Fingers crossed!!
 
I know you have tried for so long to deal with this pain and you have certainly tried everything at least once or twice. I wish you only the best and pray that this surgery will help alleviate your pain. Good luck and please keep us posted. We care.
