Im going to orchestra camp in 2 weeks at a college and its going to be a week long. Well I have this problem where whenever I leave home I just don't have to poop. I know that everybody poops and its nothing to be ashamed of but I just can't go. idk if its because the food is different or im just anxious or both, but I don't go and then after like 3-4 days i have really bad cramps and explosive diarrhea. so i was wondering, is there something I could do that could help me poop while im at camp? maybe bring a thing of metamucil and take some everyday?
