Going 120 MPH on a car, but had to stop because the handling of the car just felt

weird. Why? I was testing my BMW 328i (e90) performance, so I decided to take it to an empty highway, and reached 120mph. However, the car felt quite awkward, and there was way too much wind.

I was scared because I didn't want the car flipping over or anything (is that even possible?)

Is going 120+ have any risks (other than hitting another car, or into something) --say I was going straight with no obstacles.

Well BMW dont quite have the best handling so that kind of car is not meant for staight line speed but more like track racing. A car like the corvette is meant more so straight line performance i would suggest maximum speed of 115mph

Well is the car new? because it might be the suspension. But most likely maybe the highway is a little bumpy.
The car can slide outta control if you are not careful.
If you think it's the suspension take it to a local tuning shop and ask there if they (or anyone else) can tune a cars suspension for high speeds.
and one more thing... have fun!
