Goin to Nokia Service Center to Have My N93 Updated to V20. Got Questions First:

When I backup my phone thru Nokia PC Suite, it says it backup OfficeSuite, but not other applications I installed. Will they be deleted?! I mean all the datas I put in the application(like for my Best Crypto info and all...?!)?! Is there a way to even transfer the files to my memory card?

Yes. Go to the memory card app in Tools, and select Options. There should be a Backup app there. Make sure it works before sending in your phone, though!

Oh- also, shouldn't the Nokia Center be able to perform backups???
