GODS OF 6682, help me mortal.

Last year, I purchased this phone from Nokia and it has been a nightmare. The initial problem was the phone kept resetting. It was sent back to Nokia and they remedied that. Now with the phone just sitting there, the keypad/phone would just freeze up. I would have to power off/on. The phone is only used for text messages. Rarely any internet connection. Anys suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks
 
1. *#7370#, password is 12345. This will reset the phone to how it originally was when it came out of the box, and will fix most problems. NOTE - this will completely erase anything you have added (contacts/calendar/todo lists/photos/apps/themes/etc.)

2. What firmware do you have on there? The original firmware that came on the 6682 was pretty buggy, but later releases improved things ALOT. Download Nokia's Software Updater (should be a link in your PC Suite) to update the firmware yourself. it's real easy, just make sure you hvae a reliable internet connection.
 
Are you using cingular branded or unbranded software? If unbranded can you please post the product code for the 6682. Also anyone had anyluck going from branded to unbranded using NSU?
