Unless there is a mate of some sort, for God, he would need no such categorization as gender. I believe we use "he" because this has been the traditional referrence for centuries. the reason for that, I believe, is probably related to the supposed importance of keeping women from taking positions of authority (,in organized religions) . Men have always been the bosses, when it comes to the major organized religions. Why? Because it has always been.

Biblically speaking, God is always refered to in the masculine form. Jesus was certainly a man.

Read the Holy Bible. That is where I get my info from. Plus the life I live is to one God. there are questions concerning the trinity (God, Son, Holy Spirit). I say it is three in one. All works together. One God that's it.
