trial-and-error? The scenario: You want to carve a perfectly spherical stone. Given an infinite amount of energy and resources, as well as a timeless state, why would you chose a single strategy (design) over an infinite number of trials, in which you could incorporate the effectiveness of the previous strategy into the new one?
