God damn car. I think the dealer fucked me.

It don't matter, this all started when decent decided to buy a car. I think what decent does is post a thread, get a shit ton of great advice, and do the exact opposite of what everyone says.

Wether it cause he wants to be a troll or cause he thinks he knows better, it just seems to always happen.

Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. And over and over and over and over and over and over...

How many posts has he got? Yeah, it's been established that many times.

I'll have to give him rep when I sober up for stepping up and admitting he didn't listen to my/our advice though.

Just this once.

CL, he always does that... He always creates threads in pairs. The first asking for advice on a subject. The second ranting about some fucked up situation on the same subject.

A shit ton of great advice? Hahaha!

I make a thread saying "Hey, I'm looking at these models, recommend me some more."

And I get "Naw, get a POS as your first car. Something that will break down and won't build your credit history. Wait, you can afford a decent car? Fuck that, you'll crash. Because 19 year olds think they are invincible. Or is that 16 year olds still in High School? Meh, too tired to remember which."

This is coming from the same group of chodes who told me a year ago NOT to buy Eric's car, which had 180,000+ miles on it.

Oh, and by the way, LOVELY FUD trolling attempt at why my engine is idling rough. Engine mounts, harmonic balancer, too bad it's just a bad throttle body.

The situation would be way more fucked up if I bought a POS like you guys wanted me too.

I already admitted to that when I bought the car. If I can afford a better car, then I am not going to buy a POS.

So basically...you don't respect the opinions that the members of WTF give you. Why do you even put up a thread asking for suggestions then? People post to give you advice, to help you out, if you're going to ignore it because you decided to get a fetish for a car with 180,000 miles, then why are you telling us about your car troubles?

Don't ask for our opinion then, why not fuck off and not ask us.

and, before anyone starts 'mod abuse', I'm not flaming outside B&T if I thought you actually had a good enough argument I'd take it there.

Descent, you're so stubborn to think we weren't ACTUALLY trying to help you, seeing as; hmm I remember you asking us to help look for different cars. But no, you jump into to what SEEMED like a "really good" deal for a lot of money.

There's a reason why pretty much all the opinions and answers were the same in that thread you made before you bought that car, because everyone has seen the choice you made in the past.

and if you really believe that's what everyone said you're deluded.

I bought a Hyundai with 64,000 miles on it.

Look at it with my perspective.

-I post on a forum where I feel that 80% of the userbase, including myself, has a rather large online ego.
-This same userbase has a shitload of trolls.
-I say "I got five grand or so to spend. I want a low mileage reliable car, with good safety ratings. It should last me at least three years. Here are the models I am looking at."

Your response?

"Get a piece of shit."

ugh.gif
...Yeah. See why I really didn't take it seriously? Get this because I have an ego and I say so.

At least three people said that.

Wait, your telling me what is broke on your car?

...

.....

:rotflmao:

I don't know what to tell you decent, since you admitted that the car ran like shit after you got it fixed. Oh and your trans shouldn't run smother after getting flushed since all that crud makes your trans shift softer.

And we suggested getting a POS so when you "love tap" someone (as you put it) won't mean shit. When you wreck it, your out 500 bucks instead of 5000. So that you get the memory's. I doubt you will ever have a bottle rocket war on the highway in that car. I doubt you'll take chances that let you learn like everyone else did. And if your calling me out on my advice, just quit.

So instead of you getting a POS and breaking it, and as you break it, getting a great car that you can enjoy... And have a blast destroying, you did it your way. Your now proving that we at WTF (you excluded, in case you can't conceive that well) are right.

The next time you feel like asking for advice, I suggest breaking your keyboard.

Stop failing decent, its getting old. It's not even funny anymore.

The upper crankshaft manifold pressure is too high, probably a bad kahneutson valve.

Also, the surging RPMs at part throttle is probably caused by the bad bearings in your exhaust. Fluctuating backpressures confuse the fuel injection systems a lot and the RPMs surge because the computer thinks the car is stalling. A fresh muffler bearing will get everything flowing a lot smoother again.
