'Car check over' so that I know what needs repair....couple hours later they have a list and it cost me $$140 to have evaluation done.....first they say harmonic balance most important ,then thermostat.........then a third and down the list...I decide to go to the car shop I ve gone to for awhile that are very popular and liked in this area...and show them the list from ford. But with a look over they say harmonic thing not real bad yet so wait. They end up doing one needed ball joint (+ the alignment) that was needed (Ford did not even mention the joint) and a new tire needed (again Ford did not mention). I spent $370 on those repairs. So, whats up with two different diagnoses??? CAR SERVICE IS FRUSTRATING .....Was I smart the way I did it?? And was a ball joint and tire and alignment that important and worth the $370? Thanks .
