Gnut on windows

Hi.

Has anyone managed to get Gnut to compile on windows. I have tried using Cygwin but it fails.

Has anyone succeeded?

I just got gnut to build on cygwin, but I had to get the very latest cygwin stuff and change "-pthreads" to "--enable-threads=posix" in the src/Makefile.

I seriously doubt that it will work across my firewall.
