I haven't bought them yet, but are these good tickets?

(they are floor) row 19 seats 1 & 2

They are for the JB concert at GM Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Are they close the the catwalk?

haven't been there in a while....
but I think they're good.
I believe row 25 is closest to the balcony so I think it'll at least be visible.
