The Obama administration has taken a lot of heat over GM. They say they did it because the economy was teetering on the brink and that the loss of so many jobs at GM and jobs at the companies that supply GM could have pushed us over the edge. But lots of other jobs were lost at companies that did not receive govt assistance, why not them? And why didn't the management get tossed? Is Obama's turn around of the economy and the way GM seems poised for success with the Volt vindication? Are the taxpayers getting paid back from the stock offering?
