GM (GMGMQ.PK) stock means what really?

After the GM bankruptcy their stock ticker went away and now there is GMGMQ.PK. What happened to those that owned shares of GM when it filed? And if you were to own GMGMQ and GM comes out of bankruptcy what happens to the GMGMQ stock?
 
I am not an expert on US stocks but is it that these are GM shares are trading on the grey market. Or what you would call Pink Sheets which is OTC (Over The Counter) or not officially listed on a recognised Stock Exchange.If you look on Yahoo Finance and then historical prices you will see that the volume is non-existent. 1st July 62500 and 30th June 8900 etc.
