Do blue collar GM union retirees lose their Interim Pension at age 62 regardless of whether they choose to take early (age 62) Social Security benefits? I am self employed and do not want Social Security to take 1/2 of my benefit. I would prefer to wait until my full retirement age of age 66 to collect social security but fear I will not be able to make it without the Interim Pension.
