Gm Cylinder heads casting Number (PowerPack)?

I have a set of 350 iron heads on my 355 and the casting number is 3927186 which http://www.thedirtforum.com/castings.htm says are "powerpack" heads, what does this mean exactly?
 
it has to do with the kind of head and the meching of the head and the conferarastion of the vales and the length with out a mechiest manual you are likely not experanced enoff to understant the specafacastions on it but has to do with the exaseting meserments of the heads waer spec
