Gm Buick OMC Engine Block Stamps?

I just purchased a boat with an OMC/GM/Buick motor in it. The block is cracked. Im trying to find a new block for it and i am running into trouble. The only marks i can find are as follows:
14020668 - inside/on head
T0218DAN
13J19*8283
*9 - im 90% sure its a 9

Its 6 cyl, 3.8L Please help me confirm or unconfirm the Identity of this motor/block.
