I have been working well on blood pressure medicines--micardis and norvasc in low doses. However, I also take glucosamine and chondroitin for arthritis. I heard some friends say that glucosamine can raise blood pressure and one person they knew had to get off it because it raised his pressure. I am wondering if anyone has noticed that glucosamine did this. I am getting off it to experiment whether the blood pressure changes for the better and then will get on it again to see if it gets higher. Anyway, I was just curious if anyone found out something about this.
