i would like to paint my stuff with glowing in the dark paint. i search in web, it says glow in the dark paint has to use a glow-in-the-dark powder together with medium paint to make it glow. once i watch in a kids tv show, they use fluorescent paint as a base the cover with white paint on a t-shirt and result is it glows but faintly. can i use fluorescent paint as base and what kind of paint should i use to cover the fluorescent paint in order to make it glow?
