i would like to paint glow in the dark paint to my stuff. so i search the web and found out i have to obtain this special glow-in-the-dark powder. i have to mix it with clear paint medium. but i have once watch in tv that we actually can use a fluorescent paint and coat it with white paint to make it glow. is it possible to be glow? if can, is it white paint or base paint?
