Glow in the dark paint war?

For my Sixteenth birthday party my friend and I want to have a glow in the dark paint war. Where we shoot each other with paint and the team with the least amount of paint on themselves wins. My question is what kind of a gun would be good to shoot paint a good distance? without it just going everywhere.
