Glove box doors

How does everyone with the locking glove box doors like them? Do they rattle or fit tight? Are they worth the money? Thanks Al

I have the HD locking doors and I like them. No rattling and a good place to lock up my GPS when going inside somewhere. They are expensive for what you get (typical Harley stuff) - but they are functional and fit nicely.

PS - If you get them, also get the glove box liners if you don't yet have them.

read the link in post #11 in this thread below. A lot of people happy with his glove box doors.

Yup, I've got them on the LTD and had them on the Ultra Classic before that.

They fit well and just help with storage of small items that you don't want going walkies

I have the hog trough doors, with and without cup holder. Fit tight and flush, waterproof. Only thing I wish it was hinged.

$150 for the glove box door on a standard. Thank you but I think I can fab my own.

I know it cost $ to bring a product to market, but those prices are like pulling a gun on somebody......Robbery!

I have a set and find them very handy. I feel more comfortable leaving things locked in them. As a matter of fact I didn't use the storage area before I got the locking doors. They don't rattle and so far I don't find anything leaking into them. I like that fact that the same key works on all my locks. I did however find them to be on the expensive side but then again most things from H-D are.
