made up scare tactic to allow government take over of all industry. Might as well call it what it is.

Massive Mann- the problem is not the little things we can all do to reduce pollution. Most of those things are generally good ideas. And a lot of them are even economically beneficial. People have no problem doing what is clearly in their best interest. The problem is trumping up the false specter of global warming to force people into doing things that is destructive to their self interest. If you were honest with people, you'd tell them that cutting back, reusing more and using less energy will save you money and improve your quality of life. As an added benefit you will not be contributing as much to environmental damage. Its a win win scenario. But the Global warming scare tactic tells people that there is some dire emergency and that they can save the planet by handing over control of industry to governmental entities. It is used to pass stupid ideas like cap and trade which will simply place an enourmous burden on low income people and further destroy the economy. And the truth is that even if there were an ounce of proof that man made global warming were real, none of the measures proposed to fight it would make any difference at all. If the climate is changing, it will change regardless of any futile efforts we make to stop it. So we should focus on adapting to the coming change without destroying our entire society trying to prevent the inevitable.

How can we have Global Warming and the solution just happens to more taxes, maybe the next big Lib issue will be the sky is falling and the solution will also be more taxes

Thanks Phil! You would think that Gore would want to "save the Earth" for FREE! Gore didn't go from 2 million dollars net worth to 100 million dollars net worth in less than 7 years by being an ignorant businessman who was "onto something".
 
Global warming is the long term harm that they say is being caused by humans.

Climate Change is just that, short term harm done by nature.

Climate Change is the only one that makes any sense.
 
The scientist experts they use, just admitted they were mistaken about Pluto being a planet for 70 years. And that the Earth wasn't going into a new ice age as they had proven back in the 70's, after all. But that's still no reason to doubt their expertise now is it?

Let me ask ya a question...Will it break your arm to pick up some trash, Use a reusable bottle instead of throwing 500 away, drive a little slower to save gas and not make as much exhaust...I mean, I could go on and on, but in the grand scheme of things, is it JUST TOO MUCH FOR YOU????
