Glass paint and outliner?

I need some glass paint and a gold and silver outliner to paint on to a wine glass for a present. All the ones I can find are peelable ones that you use on acetate and then stick on to windows etc. I want ones that will stay on the glass.

Does anyone know any sites in the uk that sell this. I want to try cheap stuff at first to see if it'll work and if it does go on to better, more expensive stuff.
