gland and throat itch

I am having trouble with sinus pressure/headache etc.. also I noticed that the gland right under my earlobe is a little swollen and if I press on it it gives me a tickle in my throat and makes me cough.. what coudl this be???
 
Infection, sinus drainage, any nuraber of things. A trip to the ENT should be in order.
 
i have the same problem my maxiallry sinuns are filled on left side.On kelfex rigtht now for it hoping to get rid of without surgery
