i have all the settings put in from this site http://support.gizmoproject.com/index.php?_a=knowledgebase&_j=questiondetails&_i=207 but when i am connected to a WLAN and i try to make a call it says "internet telephone service not available" does anyone know why this is?

A few suggestions: remove "sip:" from the username, if you used lowercase for the username when setting up, then make sure the phone also has lowercase.
 
thanks, i tried that too... i got as far is it saying it was trying to register, but then it would do the same thing!.... why is this so hard to set up?
 
The VoIP front end is very tempermental at best. I find that to connect with my N80IE, I must make the WLAN network that I'm trying to connect to the default connection and I must make the VoIP service that I want to use the default service. Then I go into the Internet Tel app and choose connect. The connection type switches back to manual, then I choose OK. The service tries to connect for a while and then I get a message that the connection has failed. When I press OK, the service is connected...

Pretty rediculous that I have to go through all that to connect but it works pretty consistantly.
