Giving up all sex and masturbation for 90days?

Hi there

I've decided to not have any sex or masturbate for 90 days.
I think i'm a little to pre-occupied with women and sex.

I'm hoping that it will clear my head abit and give me some useful insight about life.

Have you done this before? or what do you think anyway?
is this a crazy idea?
