prop 8 placed on the ballot? in November 2012?
The prop 8 case won't be resolved until at least 2013 or 2014.....
meanwhile, the Attorney General has filed a motion recommending the stay on Judge Walker's ruling be lifted, and allow gay marriages to resume.
If the stay gets lifted...........(which can happen at any time, or not at all).....
it would probably be pointless to put a repeal of prop 8 on the ballot.
but if the stay remains in place..........
Do you see people getting impatient enough to place a repeal on the 2012 ballot?
