Give me tank advice? ?

I have 15 little snails, 4 big mystery snails, 3 minnows (those 12 cent things) and 4 tetras in a 10 gallon. Eventually the 4 big mystery snails will be going into my 29 gallon. I know minnows are part of the "goldfish community" but I think they'll be fine in this tropical tank. It's planted with two live plants (grass and some other thing) and two fake plants (glow N the dark grass and a bushy thing) with a tunnel used once for my frogs and an octopus with the air tube wrapped around...rocks from our pond and sand.

Is this tank alright?
