Im on a 12 hour shift working. I have started going to the gym every morning when I get off work for 30 mins and eating better. I am extremly exhausted and Im thinking about skipping today. I have to go home and probably stay awake all day and then work all night tomorrow night. I am not hugely fat. I could stand to loose 20lbs. Can you talk me into going?
