The superstar attractive basketball player took me to our schools hockey game 2 months ago when my football season ended after an upset loss in the playoffs. I then spent the next month stalling to ask her out again. Whenever we interacted really made my day. Eventually, I talked to her in study hall (after asking 2 people to talk to her and losing $15 in the process) and confessed. I told her it wasn't easy to ask her out cause she is an angel and I'm hated by everyone in the school. I also said shes the prettiest girl in our grade (seniors), about half the freshman class is in love with her, and her personality is amazing. She got a big smile on her face, and says "You know I love you, but I'm not looking for a relationship right now." I knew I was gonna get a no anyways, so I just dealt with it. Then, she goes and gets a boyfriend, a college football player, about 2 weeks later. That just made me mad. I knew there was someone else cause one of her friends told me about him. We had a convo on facebook a few days ago, and I asked why she told me no cause she said her boyfriend was exactly like me, and she said she wasn't ready yet. I think she told me no cause I'm not popular enough, or good-looking enough (which I'm not). So was she right or wrong? What would you have done? Was I chasing a girl who's league I'm out of? I apologize for this being so long.
