dark jeans with nice sneakers like pumas or similar ones. For a shirt you could wear a polo or a dress shirt (like form american eagle) and make it more casual by rolling up the sleeves.
 
Don't look like you're going to the gym, but don't overdress. Just casual. I don't think the girl you're dating would care since she's going on a date with you. Don't worry too much. Just have fun.
