So I met this girl on october 14th at a club, we go to the same university. We danced with eachother and at the end of the night we exchanged numbers. After that we went on two dates. Both dates were great, we were both vibing and we talked a lot. We made out with each other and held hands. She even came to watch me at my soccer game. We live in the same apartment area but live in different buildings. The last time I saw her, was Thursday night, we made out for a little bit then we held hands (for the firs time) and i walked her to her building. then i gave her two kisses good night.

For some reason, i didnt contact her on Friday (which was probably a very bad idea). I assumed she would be busy because she was going to this event with her girl friends that night. So I waited until Saturday at 6 PM to text her to see if she wanted to come to a party but she was in San Francisco. She said she would let me know when she got back.

Later that night around 11 pm i texted her saying "heyy how are you??"

She texted me back in the morning on monday. She said that she had fallen asleep by the time I texted her.

When i texted her and said "okay for sure. i have soccer practice tonight until 7 pm or so. are u free anytime after that?" she texted me back saying "I cant hang out tonight I have a lot of work! And I need to get it finished before halloween haha i did nothing this weekend". I texted her back saying "hahaa aite i understand".

She hasnt texted me back.

Do you think that she is still interested in me...do I wait until she contacts me back to hang out?

Should I just let her be alone right now and give her space...and wait for her to contact me?

I mean we held hands, made out and all that stuff. so those things have to count for something.
 
In my opinion I would just say, that it is very important for you as well as her to give some space to each other. Since it is a very short time both of you had met and also the fact that you had been close in the recent meetings, I assume that it is just a matter of keeping some patience. Also you must show genuine interest in her and that you really respect and trust her very much. This will surely have a very positive impact on her. And I am sure that soon she will be texting you first.
