I'm sorry, i had to get your attention and awkwerdly enough, my health teacher told us that you can get anyones attention by using the word SEX.

Anyway... It seems like girls are wearing such revealing and loose shirts that they are inviting us guys to look down their shirts. Do you do this on purpose? Do you want us to look? I'm so confused cause whenever we get caught doing it, you flash us a mean look that scares me half to death. BE HONEST.

I have friends who do this unintentionally. They think that they look pretty decent until someone brings them down to earth then they start giving the dirty looks.

Girls totally do that on purpose. They can say they do all they want, but it's obvious! Of course that's why we do it. Unless we're a lesbian... then maybe it's to get girls to notice us... but yes... it's to get noticed. That's not all of it though, girls just like feeling sexy. Sometimes I just chill at my house in my sexiest lingerie, just because it makes you feel good about yourself when you feel like you look good, even if it's just for you as kind of a reminder. Every once in a while a girl just needs to be like, "damn I'm hot" but if it's a girl that dresses slutty every day... yeah she's trying to get guys to look, trying to bet people to like her for her looks, and honestly could be compensating for not having the best personality.
 
You got a lot of learning to do son, firstly woman are the most confusing things in the world, Im happy for you to go to the pub with the boys tonight really means, your an ungrateful prick, do i look good in this means, i have worked really hard to look nice so you better give me some attention, and finally im wearing a slutty dress or shirt but i only want the guy i am trying to impress to look at me even though it is physically impossible for for men not to look, my idea is if the wear it LOOK and ENJOY IT and one day you might be the person they are trying to impress, after getting slapped the first 50 times you will get used to it.
 
Well, personally i try not to be one of these girls but sometimes its unavoidable. I have quite a large chest so its really difficult to find cute tops that fit me but don't show too much. I try but I'm pretty restricted. I don't want to go baggy and look frumpy so i opt for tight-fitted tops; however many of them are low cut which is when i tend to layer it with a plain white top underneath.
Well anyways, that could be one reason, another might be girls trying to display their maturing and/or its a fad. Some girls think its cool to wear such revealing tops. Sometimes its an accident (I've had this happen, when your top slips too low. Ugh so embarassing)
The reasons are endless.
The last answer is that these girls are the stuck up, bitch type who's motto is, "Flaunt it, if you got it" but they still try to keep a cool front when they catch you looking, making it look like their not being slutty.
