I had to play soccer from 12:00 - 5:00 and we didn't get breaks. I was on my period, so I was using Playtex sport tampons. It leaked through EVERYWHERE, but it was only 5 hours? So, i can't play sports anymore? 
And, whenever i try to take it out, it really really hurts, but the tampon was covered in blood, so I don't understand why it hurt. I'm sorry, this might seem gross. I'm only 14, and i just started using the tampons..
And I did wear a pad for protection, it still leaked through so now I'm afraid to use tampons again..
