Ok i have been acting weird lately i have been happy then mad then jealous! And i have a little hair down there and have been getting some more hair too and i have been getting growing pains down in the crotch area too and no breast buds totally flat! And so ya whats going on?!

well, i'm guessing you are maybe 11 or 12? and it sounds to me that you are just growing into a woman hah! and if you haven't already you are about to start having your period, because you are hitting puberty. simple as that.
