GIRLS HELP! WHAT DOES IT MEAN when a girl draws a heart while you two are talking?

when we were talking alone she drew a heart on her paper twice. she sort of did it subconsciously, possibly as a nervous habit, but i noticed it and she knows that i did. she did this another time too when we were alone talking. we call each other "husband and wife" playfully. another girl who liked me would always draw a heart on her hand without even realizing it when we talked on the phone, so this is why it means something to me.

Maybe there's a guy on her mind..
It may not be necessarily be you though, but it could be.
Try to observe if they draw hearts often, and not just around you.

Or maybe they just like to doodle, and a heart is one of the most simplest things to draw, or the first thing that comes to mind. I know its something i doodle sometimes, even though i guy isnt on my mind.

i draw hearts all the time. also flowers and happy faces. that doesn't mean that i'm in love, a hippie, or really really happy. just fyi. doodling is fun.
