I think its nice.. I think you should like write something on the side of it like a little note or something telling her that you like her :)

i am 14, and yes it is suppose to be her, and i drew it in like 5 min so it kinda rush ill add more detail and ill right a note on the side.
actually we both have a thing were we draw stuff in class and it wouldn't be stalkerish
 
aw. that is so sweet.
i would rub the chin out though, and make it a bit more round.
it looks a little too pointy.. but yeah that is good!
she will love it :D
 
I am not sure. Personally the picture is good its just, what will she think if ou DO give her the picture. She could either be really flattered that you took time to draw this or think to herself "Why is that guy drawing pictures of me? Stalker-ish much, watching me all the time". It really depends on the type of girl she is. If you are worried of what she will think of the drawing itself then don't be because its brilliant but if your worried about what she will think about the message behind the drawing then give it a think.
