What are your feelings on being chatted up by guys you don't know in a daytime situation say in a shop or on the street, as opposed to in a bar/club? I mean if a guy sees a girl he likes on the street do you think he should go for it, tell the girl he thinks shes beautiful and then try to have a conversation with her?
