on the run up to my period, i have really bad moodswings, i tantrum alot, cry anything really easily, and can start arguments alot, but i don't realise im doing it until ive done them, my boyfriend and i every time i start my period we argue alot, and he cant cope with my mood swings and he reacts to them, is there anything i can do what can calm the mood swings down or take something for it? its really showing on our relationship now that we argue alot when it comes to the time of the month?
