Girlfriends confidence boost?

Hi, I could really use some good advice on a problem that's been eating my insides for some time now.
I have a girlfriend, we've been together for almost two yers now, and i could not be happier.
We have it great together, we can talk about just about anything and our love life is the best.

She also has a son (soon to be 3 years old) from her previous relationship, and he's just the best kid ever. I have a close relationship with him as well.

To most people we seem like the perfect couple, so you're probably wondering what the problem is?

To make it simple, she has extremely low self confidence about the way she looks :/
Af course, she has no reason to, she's beautiful. The cutest face, 5,6" and 150 lbs

But when her son was born, she had to have an emergency C-section, which damaged some of the muscular tissue in her abs and making working out really painful.
She thinks she's fat and saggy. Both I and her friends keep telling her that is not true. And an hour doesn't go by without me telling her how beautiful she looks and how much i love her.

I know she would really like to get Liposuction and plastic surgery to remove the extra skin afterwords, and if i could afford it, i would get it for her in a second. But as faith has it, i can not.

I secretly have a savings account where i put any extra money so one day i can make it happen for her, but i don't want to get her hopes up to early. Cause they're really expensive and threre's not a whole lot that i am able to save every month.

Does anyone have any tips to how i can get her self-confidence up and make her more comfortable with her own body until the day i can actually help her with this?
I hate to see her depressed about something that no one else would even notice.

Only serious answers please..
Thank you :)
