My girlfriend of 10 months wants to wait until marriage for sex. At first I was fine with it but over the past couple months I have been struggling with it. I love her in a way I cant even put into words. But here is the back story
She's had sex before. The first time she was raped by her ex but she kept having sex anyway with him. The guy sounds like he was a total jerk. I have asked her why she continued to do this but she either doesnt know or doesnt want to tell me.
I've had sex before. Once. For like 5 minutes. not that I couldnt have gone on longer but circumstances on my ex's side made it come to a halt.
Naturally at 24 (shes 23) I want to have sex. Im tired of waiting and treating it like its some trophy you win after marriage. Everyone who tells me to wait got married at 18 or so. Or they had premarital sex before they were a chrisitian. What do I do? I dont want to end things with her but want sex at the same time...
Also shes told me about all the sexualy exploits with her ex which really doesnt help.
