So I met my as-of-today-ex when I was broke with no job (just moved back to this town from trying to find a job in another). She let me stay with her with the agreement I pay her back for rent. I owe her for half of this month.
The main thing is a phone she got last week. She has the credit for the contract because she has good credit while i do not. I agreed to pay her back for the phone and pay the bill. At no time did we discuss us staying together as a factor.
I now have a job and paid her back for the phone and am capable of keeping up on the payments, but she informed me today she's leaving for someone else and shutting the phone off tomorrow. Do I have any options, given that our agreement had nothing to do with our relationship? I've paid for the phone, and if she shuts it off the device unpaid $200 for will become useless.
