ok so ive been doin a lot of thinking so tell me if im right. ok well here it goes my girlfriend and i broke up last month after i caught her cheating on me in my own house so i broke her cell fone and told her to get the hell out. The cell fone was hers and was 300 dollars when she bought it and shes trying to take me to court to get 300 dollars back cash. So instead of me repaying the 300 dollars cash, cant i just replace the item brand new, never owned by anyone, from the verizon store and just replace the cell phone becuz me giving her 300 dollars for the fone would be like handing out her money to go spend on whatever she wants because the phone is only 150 dollars now, which mean she will have another 150 dollars to spend on whatever. And the reason im asking is because i offered to replace the same exact fone but she is going for the money instead which everyone can clearly see why, but will i be good if i just replace the same exact cell fone instead of paying the 300 dollars?
