Girlfriend avoiding sex, dose this mean anything?

girlfriend and i have been together for almost 5 months and have had sex many times before, she moved to college out of of town and it has been 4 weeks since we've done anything, last night we were talking about where we would have sex but then this morning she calls me and tells me if we can do something else instead. we were each others firsts, and i am her first boyfriend
