girl in my class how should i talk to her?

theres a girl who sits behind me in my college chemistry class. i did talk to her once asking to copy her class notes, and she was really nice. i want to ask her out to coffee or something. i havent spoken to her anymore lately cuz i dont know what to say.
i dont know her name or anything about her. i think she is some kind of athlete thats all i know. what should i do?
